Too many talented sign makers are trapped inside businesses that drain them. I started this to change that.

When I owned my shop, I learned the hard way that being great at making signs has almost nothing to do with running a profitable sign business. I undercharged. I was the bottleneck for every decision. I worked harder instead of smarter — until I built the systems and the process that let the business stand on its own.

Once I had that, everything changed. I grew SignMeUp into 9 franchised locations across three states and built an engine to nurture leads, price jobs accurately, and train employees to follow a repeatable process — instead of everything running through me. I even spun up a dedicated sign service company, Sign-Techs, along the way.

Now I get to hand that playbook to other owners — without the years of expensive mistakes. I'm not here to drop a rigid corporate framework on you. I'm here to sit across from you, look at the real numbers, and help you build a shop that's genuinely worth more than the hours you pour into it. That's the whole mission.
