I eventually scaled my sign shop business through the franchising model before selling it to one of the biggest national brands in the industry. Over the years, I've produced millions of dollars in revenue and know what it takes to create, build, grow, and sell a sign shop operation.

What is my 4-step model?
This model stems from my many years in franchise consulting and consists of 4 segments that make up a series of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for your sign shop to follow.
Each week we will review 1 segment of the model, and provide you with a stop light (Red, Yellow, Green) dashboard to show you how you're performing in certain areas. Each segment of the model connects to the next while also providing compelling data that can tell us when it's time to get to work... or when it's time to celebrate!
