Hi 👋 I'm Peter...

You might know me from, Sign Me Up, shopVOX, The Better Sign Shop Podcast, or from Graphic Signature.  I've spent the last few years working directly with many sign shops and print shops on improving their operations, marketing strategies, pricing structures, and workflows.

 

I’ve helped create simple operational systems for both small and large sign shops. Over the years, I've learned what works well, and what doesn’t work so well.

Before this, I walked miles in your shoes. I spent 10 years working in my sign shop. Whether it was in sales, design, fabrication, wholesale, installation, service... you name it, I've done it. As a sign shop owner, I know what it's like to be too busy being busy and never having enough time to focus on refining and perfecting my operation. But I had enough! I eventually scaled my sign shop business through the franchising model before selling it to one of the biggest national brands in the industry.  Over the years, I've produced millions of dollars in revenue and know what it takes to create, build, grow, and sell a sign shop operation.

So, I'm offering up my time to those shop owners who are currently in the same boat that I was in back then.

What is my 4-step model?

This model stems from my many years in franchise consulting and consists of 4 segments that make up a series of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) for your sign shop to follow. 

Each week we will review 1 segment of the model, and provide you with a stop light (Red, Yellow, Green) dashboard to show you how you're performing in certain areas. Each segment of the model connects to the next while also providing compelling data that can tell us when it's time to get to work... or when it's time to celebrate!

THE CEO DASHBOARD

While other consulting companies offer up advice and opinions, my model quantifies what success looks like for your shop and provides it to you on an easy-to-read dashboard called the CEO Dashboard. This dashboard puts all the data you need right in front of you.
